Terms of Service

These Terms set out the conditions for using the publishable-hours editor (the "Service"). Please read them carefully before using the Service. By using the Service, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

1. Overview of the Service

The Service is a tool that lets you edit the free time in your own Google Calendar and share — and accept bookings for — only the time slots you choose to make public. You may optionally connect your own Zoom account; when connected, a Zoom meeting URL is issued automatically as each booking is confirmed.

2. Accounts

The Service requires authentication with a Google account. You are responsible for properly managing your Google account credentials and the public URLs issued to you by the Service. The operator is not liable for any damage arising from unauthorized use of your account.

3. Rules of use

  • Do not use another person's Google account without permission.
  • Do not send mass requests via automation tools or otherwise interfere with the operation of the Service.
  • Do not use the Service for any purpose that violates laws or public order and morals.
  • Do not use guest or host information obtained through the Service beyond the extent necessary to complete a booking.
  • Do not redistribute public URLs issued through the Service to third parties for malicious purposes.

4. Provision, suspension, and changes

The operator may change, add to, or suspend the content of the Service without prior notice. Part or all of the Service may be temporarily suspended due to maintenance, failures of external APIs, or other causes.

5. Disclaimer

While the Service aims to provide accurate information and stable operation as far as possible, the operator is not liable for any damage arising from failures of Google, Zoom, or other external APIs identified within the Service, from network outages, or from other events beyond its control. The operator bears no liability whatsoever for lost profits, lost opportunities, or business damages incurred by a user or a guest as a result of using the Service.

6. Intellectual property

Copyrights, trademark rights, and other intellectual property rights relating to the Service belong to the operator or its rightful holders. You may not reproduce, republish, or modify information obtained or displayed through the Service beyond the extent necessary to use the Service.

7. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be changed without prior notice. The amended Terms take effect from the time they are posted on this page. For significant changes, we will notify you of the change by a notice at sign-in or by posting it in a prominent place within the Service.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

The interpretation and application of these Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. In the event of a dispute relating to the Service, the Tokyo District Court shall be the exclusive court of first instance by agreement.
